A change is as good as a rest!

It's been a year almost to the day that I moved my craft room upstairs, and this week, we moved it back down again. If you remember, we made Maddie room-less and she went to share with Bella. Well, after only a couple of days I wondered if we'd made a terrible mistake. Yes, I had a lovely new craft room with lots of space, but Bella, well she's a terror. And she terrorized Maddie. Maddie wasn't allowed to listen to her CDs, have her light on, go to sleep etc etc. So we gave in and moved her back into her own room again. And all has been calm! And why I ever moved upstairs is beyond me, it's far nicer being downstairs. This weekend I've been able to dip in and out of my room and complete three LOs without anyone really noticing! Not my best LOs, but I've been enjoying the Echo Park papers and I just felt on a roll. These papers are really lovely and I love how I've been able to make such different layouts with the same papers. I'm all inspired again! Here are a couple of pics of my room. It's a bit messy at the moment as I was about to start a new LO last night before being called in to watch Harry Potter. It's been freshly painted and I have a different desk which gives it a much better layout. Yes it's compact, but it's perfect for me and I love it.

Good to see you back in the blogging world and getting some scrapping done. Your downstairs craft room must of done the trick.

the room looks great! I can't believe how often you have moved it around! Did you manage to have a good clear out in the process? Will look forward to having a rummage next time i am over there!

love the layouts - were they using kit papers or some new stuff you had - I don't recognise a lot of them. But the layouts are gorgeous (as ever!)

make sure you bring some of your stuff with you to have a play when you are here! Although, let's face it, I have enough for the two of us!
